Secure Love Starts Within: Reclaiming the Power to Choose You
This 60-minute virtual workshop is a space for Black Queer women to explore the thoughts, patterns, and behaviors that keep them feeling stuck in love. Using the Secure Within Method™ we will walk through three key shifts that support building confidence, setting boundaries, and creating healthy, secure relationships.
The session includes grounding, a main teaching segment led by Al-Nisa Berry, Certified Life Coach and Founder of Love Beyond Labels, followed by a candid conversation with special guest Dr. Nikki Coleman, Psychologist, Black Therapist, Pleasure Coach. We’ll close with space for reflection or Q&A. This is an hour designed for connection, learning, and personal growth in a safe, supportive environment.
