1:1 Private Coaching Session This trauma-informed private session is designed for Queer Black women over 40 who are navigating emotional pain, life transitions, or relationship challenges. You'll receive compassionate, personalized guidance to help you reconnect with your truth, set boundaries without guilt, and begin cultivating secure relationships from the inside out. Perfect for first-timers or as a precursor to The Secure Within Method™. Session Includes: • 60-minute virtual coaching session • Light reflection homework and journaling prompts • Sliding scale options available upon request
