This trauma-informed coaching session is designed for Queer Black women over 40 who are navigating emotional pain, life transitions, or relationship challenges. You’ll receive compassionate, culturally grounded support to help you reconnect with your truth, release guilt, and begin cultivating secure relationships from within. Perfect for first-timers or as an introduction to The Secure Within Method™. What’s Included • 60-minute private virtual coaching session • Personalized guidance rooted in emotional strategy and lived experience • Sliding scale available upon request Attended a live workshop? Your $175 private session is discounted to $150 and this amount can be applied toward the full Secure Within Method™ program if you choose to continue.
