Couples: Secure Within Group Coaching

Service Description

This 4-week trauma-informed group coaching experience is for Queer couples (at least one partner over 40) who are ready to break unhelpful patterns, improve communication, and nurture emotional intimacy in a supported setting. Each 75-minute session offers compassionate relationship coaching, exercises, and shared reflection with a maximum of 3 couples per cohort.
