Service Description

This 4-week trauma-informed group coaching experience is designed for Queer Black women who are ready to interrupt emotional patterns, deepen self-awareness, and grow in a safe, affirming circle. In each 60-minute session, you’ll receive live coaching, guided reflection, and practical tools to support your journey toward inner safety and clarity. Includes: • Four weekly 60-minute live Zoom sessions • Gentle prompts and reflection between sessions • Intimate group of no more than 6 participants • Real-time coaching and space to share (or simply witness) • Access to the Secure Within™ Reflection Journal PDF Investment: $140 total (introductory pricing) Full presence.
