The Secure Within Method™ is a private 6-week experience designed for Queer Black women over 40 who are ready to interrupt emotional cycles, rebuild self-trust, and experience true safety both internally and in their relationships. Each week, you'll engage in a personalized, trauma-informed coaching session tailored to your attachment style and emotional goals. Together, we’ll explore root wounds, boundary setting, and self-trust practices in a compassionate, culturally grounded space that honors your lived experience. What’s Included: • Six weekly 90-minute private Zoom sessions • A personalized Emotional Roadmap™ created from your intake and goals • Weekly integration prompts, reflection exercises, and light between-session check-ins • A final Self-Trust Roadmap™ to guide your next season of healing • A downloadable Reflection Journal Workbook™ to support your process between sessions • Optional voice note support with responses provided within one business day This program is for you if: • You’re done repeating painful patterns in love or life • You want to stop managing everyone else’s needs while ignoring your own • You’re craving peace, clarity, and emotional freedom • You want healing that honors your softness, identity, and lived truth Investment: $2,000 paid in full or 2 monthly payments of $1,050 Sliding scale available for eligible clients.
